I started working with HTG in February 2016, previous to this I was working as a cold calling agent in Burleigh. A close friend of mine explained to me that HTG was looking for new starters and this appealed to me as I was very unhappy in my current position. I chose to make the leap into the HTG family and have never been happier.
Since starting with the business I have had the privilege to make a whole new group of friends who I now call my family. I started at the business centre generating sales and building rapport with existing customers over the phone. I have since had the opportunity to move into retail as I’m now currently studying at University, HTG were more than accommodating in making this transition seamless.
Within the first year of starting here I was told about the Diamond Awards program that is offered to 20 selected team members who go above and beyond for continuing support and excellent customer service for each and every customer as well as excelling in their sales or service roles.
Every 3 months HTG awards consultants who have shown outstanding performance during this time. I was lucky enough to have received 2 of these awards which landed me in the draw to win a trip of a life time overseas with 19 other people in the business. We went to Vanuatu for 4 days and can honestly say it was one of the best trips I have EVER been on. HTG rewards and recognises their employees like no other company I have ever worked for and am forever grateful that I have been introduced to this family.
