Customer Centred Selling

Understanding your customer and their needs is the basis of Customer Centred Selling.  This program is run over 3 x 2-day workshops.  

Participants will learn advanced sales skills including: 

  • Developing agendas and managing meetings, positioning and building rapport with clients, conducting a business review
  • Writing a proposal, presenting a recommendation and managing a portfolio.  
  • They will also learn about themselves, their own personality style and preferences through DISC Advanced profiling.
